Laurent Colard – CEO
Laurent founded Elsy after a 15-year career in Media Agencies and Management Consulting. Most recently he established and scaled GroupM’s global Data and Analytics practice, overseeing its strategy, engineering, R&D and services functions. Before joining GroupM he was a founding member of Accenture’s Marketing Analytics practice, leading the engineering, offshoring and Asia Pacific operations.
Rimon Erez – CTO
Before co-founding Elsy, Rimon oversaw the development of GroupM’s global Data and Analytics technology infrastructure. He grew its engineering team from 10 to 120 people and built a scalable platform to accommodate hundreds of GroupM customers globally.
Brian McManus – Head of Operations
Prior to joining Elsy, Brian managed operations for GroupM’s US Data and Analytics practice. He directed advanced analytics engagements in the financial services, QSR, and theatrical entertainment industries. Brian worked with planning teams to produce data-driven media plans focused on maximizing business outcomes
Robin Wong – Vice President
Robin spent 13 years in GroupM and Mindshare driving the network’s Data and Analytics strategy. His expertise is in setting and scaling up technology-enabled Data and Analytics organizations, managing Data and Analytics products and deploying them for superior marketing performance. Prior to joining Elsy, he was APAC CEO of Mindshare FAST (Future Adaptive Specialist Team), Mindshare's data-driven performance marketing unit.
Nam Tran – Head of Data Science
Nam managed the development of GroupM’s Analytics Platform that productized marketing analytics innovations (MMM, attribution, optimization, audience expansion, etc.) globally at scale. Headed up [m]Platform global engineering solutions and product R&D in audience intelligence space to support agencies’ global client engagements.
Nehal Patel - Head of Customer Success
Nehal managed a portfolio of top strategic accounts in Visual IQ, with a proven track record of driving client satisfaction and expansion of client relationships. She thoroughly enjoys the dynamic world of startups helping to define and create customer engagement for several B2B businesses in the AdTech & Martech space. Nehal has spent the last 12+ years being a strategic advisor to global fortune 500 companies covering the fields of CRM, highscale campaign management, attribution and mix-modeling.
Jeremy Rose - Director, Client Delivery
Jeremy oversaw and ran some of the largest client engagements such as General Motors, Mazda and Staples on behalf of leading analytics companies including Neustar, Analytic Partners and GroupM. In these roles he consistently established a partnering relationship to further client adoption and engagement and aided in changing client culture to be data driven business decisions.
